DescriptionPrimary Objective:

• Driving and paving Customer Analytics roadmap and charter to align and support business strategies through the use of analytics.
• Generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making. Apply business understanding and leverage analytics to support delivery of squad mission

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new analytical propositions and post campaign learning for key stakeholders with findings and recommendations.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure the execution success of these use cases and looping back the learning to enhance future campaigns/ initiatives.
• Coach the junior staff to improve their technical and method of preparing analytical/ campaign deliverables and supervise their work quality and efficiency.
• Provide solid data analysis with opportunity insights, behavioral trends and recommendations
• Adopt and execute advance analytics practices to deepen the quality of insights and campaign leads.
• Develop new & continuously improve the content of existing business intelligence reporting to aid business in decision making.
• Provide operational analytics to support campaign fulfilment

• Conceptualize initiatives processes and practices to support Equities & Futures
• Provide support to business pillars such as information and data to derive insights and drive decisions, as well as on ad-hoc items
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge on industry best practices and market trends and able to provide recommendations to steer business directions
• Build effective relationships with all stakeholders

RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Analytics, Data Science and related field.- Optional: CMSRL Securities License Holder and Futures License Holder5-10 years.

• Good understanding of Equities & Futures products and services
• Well informed on the developments in the relevant domain
• Good understanding of key bank processes
• Business financials and planning knowledge
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge on analytical tools
• Strong language skills - written and verbal communication
