Description

• Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to the team includes:
• To provide portfolio analysis & propose strategic AQ planning to ensure efficient & effective operation
• To analyze EWS output, to address red flags and design strategies to prevent delinquency
• To provide weekly/monthly reporting to management (GCB, GCC, BCC & CWR) and BNM
• To coordinate the FRS update and R&R tagging & ad-hoc exercise
• To organize/call for monthly meeting: SME AQ Taskforce To monitor and supervise the implementation of credit compliance functions to be in line with the statutory requirements and internal policies of the Bank.

Subject matter expertise

• Provide expertise and guidance to team members
• Support best practice sharing across teams
• Resolve any escalated customer related issues e.g. complains, approval

Resource planning

• Play an \xe2\x80\x9cAir traffic control\xe2\x80\x9d role, coordinate leave schedule between team members
• Balance resource allocation across team based on demand and priorities
• Ensure attendance and adherence of team member (with regards to work schedule)
• Support the Service Partner Lead/Circle Lead to hire for required skillset

Team mgmt. and coaching

• Help empower the team to work independently & self-manage
• Support the team in removal of obstacles
• Work with Circle Leads to ensure team is performing well and help to identify ways to improve skillset within the team
• Support career and skills development of team by defining a clear development plan & trainings
• Conduct reviews & evaluations on of team member\'s performance
• Provide on-the-ground coaching and guidance for all team members
• Coordinate/lead trainings for team members
• Raise common issues faced by either the team or customer to the Circle Lead

Standard enforcement

• Ensure team members follow the standards and practices of their functional expertise
• Ensure key information is cascaded and necessary documentations are created (reports)
• Support implementation of any initiatives at the team level

BAU \xe2\x80\x93 AQA

• To perform data (Asset Quality) analysis (including delinquent portfolio ie PNPL, NPL, New flow down and other at-risk portfolio) & propose strategy actions/initiatives based on the observations/findings
• Propose strategy actions/initiatives to minimize ECL impact on delinquency ie Stage 2 /Stage 3 portfolio
• To provide analytical information and monthly performance in terms of SME asset quality on the monthly management meeting i.e. SME reviews meeting / GCC & CWR etc.
• To oversee R&R portfolio and to proposed strategy actions (i.e. to perform portfolio R&R exercise & special portfolio review), to reduce/prevent delinquent flow down.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree - Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of big data analytics in the banking industry.
• In depth data analysis and presentation skills (power point)
