Responsible for accelerating Managed Services and other portfolio in both existing and new customers to increase market share and revenue growth of NTCs
Work with NTC Commercial to lead, contributes and secure business opportunities with Go-to-Market strategy of managed services delivery ideas
Responsible for leading the sourcing of Managed Services partners within local markets as well as regional including regular market assessment for future improvement of overall total cost
Supporting in preparing response for Request for proposal ( RFPs) with commercial strategy and pitching to customers
(B) Key Accountabilities (Describe the important end results the job is expected to achieve. Start with the most important)
Formulate and drive execution of the Managed Services business acceleration plan with targeted accounts and customers
Detailed oriented and commercial driven to increase existing customer base revenue by identifying potential opportunity and developing long term business growth strategy
Supporting NTC Commercial with attending meetings with customers to influence and pitch the value proposition, engaging technology and services partners, developing business model with business risk assessment
Identify, develop strategies to establish right partnership and business relationship to strengthen our value proposition of services to customers
Generate revenue through establishment of sales commitment agreement with strategic partners and alliances
Demonstrate collaborate and support within cross functional team from group (Strategy, Commercial, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Engineering & Operations) in the development and implementation of strategies, plans and business model to successfully deliver proposal to meet customer\'s requirement

(D) Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge (State the typical & minimum academic / professional qualification, specific skills/knowledge and type and length of experience required for the job)
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
At least 12 years\' experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Marketing, preferably in the telecommunications industry; at least 5 years in a senior management level
Skills and Knowledge:
10+ years of sales experience from telecommunication/vendor sectors in account management, business development or product management
Proven ability to lead complex negotiation and partnership strategies includes influencing C-level and other senior executives of the customers with excellent communication and contracts terms closure with customers
Understanding of competitive dynamics and strategies of key industry players, technical and other differentiated capabilities required to win
Self-driven and energetic & ability to work under dynamic environment, to direct cross-functional resources to remove barriers and achieve goals
Highly organized with attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills to ensure timeliness
Strong understanding of Managed Services requirements for a variety of Managed Services scope
Strong business acumen with persuasive skill
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
