About the Role:Directly responsible for ensuring successful execution of recruitment and revenue-generating activities within Malaysia region. Take charge of initiating steady market growth in the Malaysia markets corporate segment and support the other market segments such as universities and re-seller. You will report to Manager Business DevelopmentYou Will:Improve universities and general market\xe2\x80\x99s activities to achieve CIMA\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs following long-term strategy.Work with the Line Manager to implement the market development strategies and plans across the organization.Identify appropriate business opportunities, greater brand recognition, increased demand for CIMA products and services.Pitch to potential universities including VCs, deans and senior lecturers and the general market through understanding the main business and CIMA\xe2\x80\x99s added value to us.Create business development strategies with major universities and general market for student recruitment through delivering CIMA\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.Organize student recruitment activities to increase students numbers and achieve targets.Promote CIMA to potential students and ensure CIMA is the choice of professional qualification for students to pursue their career in Management Accountancy.Work with Member Services Department for student conversion and deliver career services across schools, higher educational institutes, colleges and universities to raise CIMA\xe2\x80\x99s profile and increase brand awareness among students.Retain our students and their fulfilment delivering high student satisfaction ratesConduct analysis of ongoing market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the marketYou Have:Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent fieldWorking experiences in Business DevelopmentExperienced in education industry and selling \xe2\x80\x9ccareers\xe2\x80\x9d to studentsAdvanced level of consultative sales experienceProficiency in English and Bahasa MalaysiaIn advanced level of consultative sales experience#LI-Hybrid * #LI-DNI#LI-JS1How We Support You:We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance.
