What you\'ll be doing: Implement and support CheckSCM procurement system, i.e. Master Data Maintenance and issue escalation. Work closely with multiple stakeholders, GSC (Global Service Centre) internal department and CheckSCM vendor to implement procurement solution and compliance processes and drive changes. Ensure GSC Procurement processing services can be delivered within the agreed service levels as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA). Job Responsibilities: Perform escalation for defect management for the level 2 defect issues that are reported by the end user. Compile and analyze business objectives and business requirements; work together with end-users and software vendor to meet those objectives and requirements. Execute the project tasks that are assigned by the project leader throughout the full project lifecycle and report the activities to the steering committee. Actively being involved in the application configuration, data conversion and implementation. Responsible for QA test and resolution delivery management in CheckSCM. Assist and manage users in the application testing and system rollout. Master Data Maintenance Job Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in a Hospitality Management, Business Administration or IT & Business information related discipline. 2-3 years working experiences in the similar industry (Candidates with hospitality experiences are preferable) Ability to influence and negotiate and build consensus between internal staff and software vendor. Agile, good time management to meet the project timelines. Strong troubleshooting/problem solving and critical thinking skills. Prior experience in maintaining eProcurement system such as CheckSCM, Birchstreet, Oracle, Material Management, Red Rock, Ariba.
