Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in ERP Oracle to support Corporate IT Services and Planning team. This role focuses on managing and resolving incidents and service requests related to Oracle ERP applications, particularly within the Financials and Procurement modules. The specialist will also mentor internal Level 1 and 2 IT staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level guidance and training on Oracle ERP Finance and Procurement modules to internal IT support teams. Enable Level 1 and Level 2 IT specialists to independently resolve incidents and service requests. Act as the primary contact for ERP-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Procurement (PO, iProcurement, Supplier Portal). Escalate complex issues to Oracle support or relevant business owners when necessary. Assist users with system navigation, data entry, and transaction processing. Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to enhance user experience. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant or specialist in Oracle ERP. Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Financials and Procurement modules. Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Solid understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and business processes. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Familiarity with ITIL framework and SLA management.
