Senior Specialist HR Operations

Job description

:

• Manage pre-employment screening for new hires according to HR Principles & Guidelines.
• Implement HR operational processes like leave administration, benefits administration, performance management, etc. in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll advice and related documents to the vendor.
• Handle government statutory requirements (LHDN/PERKESO/KWSP/HRDF) and related administration.
• Manage employee movement in group insurance, benefits, and medical coverage plans.
• Oversee work visa procedures for expatriate hires.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices for HR-related services.
• Conduct monthly HR orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assist in training enrollment and funding claims from the government, as applicable.
• Automate HR processes through the myHR system and streamline HRMI reporting.
• Manage HR Operations vendors and contribute to exceptional customer service by spotting opportunities and addressing threats.

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in a relevant HR discipline.
• HRIS and data analytics experience, preferably with Workday.
• Experience in contract and vendor management.
• Experience in process review and improvement.
• Experience in managing and transforming Payroll Operations.
