Job description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for the operational support for Global Production Data Warehousing (GPDWH) and Data Integration and Virtualization Environment (DIVE) Platform based on Denodo.
• Involve in the operational support for the Data Integration and Virtualization Environment (DIVE) Platform based on Denodo.
• Responsible for setup and configuration of the authorization concept in DIVE, server monitoring, failure analysis, scheduler job change, and query execution analysis.
• Support the platform team in the deployment process.
• Provide documentation support and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks.
• Require to work on AP & EU business hours whenever necessary.
• Require to work on on-call standby mode out of office hours on critical operation support.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course.
• Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database.
• Understanding of ETL technique, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage.
• Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong in service support operations & experienced in ticketing tracking systems.
• Familiar with business processes in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
