Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for the installation and configurations of Windows servers.
- Handle the DevOps for Windows server and interface to the application team.
- Provide 2nd tier response, analysis, and resolution planning for dated issues and seek appropriate solutions for issues.
- Involve in day-to-day operation tasks such as resolving incident tickets and change requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance and tool updates on systems.
- Initiate and follow up on critical vendor technical support requirements.
- Involvement in document system processes and procedures.
- Support day-to-day WIN server, data center facility, and antivirus operations build and run.
- Involve in the delivery Windows related services in projects
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Windows servers administration.
- Experience in Windows server administration.
- Ability to work independently and work in a team.
