Engage the business to understand the business requirements to develop IT solutions that brings business values to support the supply chain business functions.
Primary module: FICO
Secondary module: MM/SD
May lead a multi-functional work group or project team consisting of one or more support staff and/or tech/professional staff, or may provide advice and guidance in area of specialty.
Be well aware of market trends on up to date technologies capabilities, technologies and security expectations.
Key Accountabilities: Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Analyzes, comprehends and communicates existing business processes and business pressures that are driving the need for change.
Develops new business processes, identifying inputs, processes, and outputs.
Compiles and evaluates best business practices and trends in key business process areas to apply to new processes. Evaluates and recommends application solutions to address business needs.
Identifies the people (organization and role) changes based on the new process. Facilitates the worldwide/regional consensus on all matters relating to the required changes.
Collaborate with outsource partner to develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, data conversions, applications extensions/modifications and outputs.
Collaborates to develop and maintain a business I.T. strategy, fully aligned to the Global Celestica I.T. strategy, in order to provide a framework for supporting the function in terms of both projects and service requirement.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent. Min 10 years in IT (Functional MM/SD). Knowledge/Skills: Functional - FICO
Strong knowledge of tools in Finance & Costing SAP suite
Hands on configuration for new company code.
Excellent business analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
Strong Business & Application knowledge & experience working on large projects
Deployment experience specific to the SAP with cross functional & cross country exposure
Technical knowledge & experience in ABAP, interfaces standards, SAP IDOC required
Good understanding of software development life cycle
Excellent time management skills, combined with the flexibility to handle multiple projects at once, and being able to balance workload
Outstanding listening, interpersonal, verbal and written skills required in order to communicate with the business areas, understand their requirements, and get clarification
Experienced in S4 Hana environment
Excellent team player
Excellent leadership skills

Knowledge of Industry trends & technologies

Relevant manufacturing industry experience
