The Senior Specialist Payroll (German Speaker) will be responsible for managing payroll processes efficiently and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. This role requires proficiency in German and a strong understanding of payroll systems within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

• Lead payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Assist manager with complex payroll matters and maintain operational excellence.
• Resolve HR tickets promptly and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in HR-related projects and audits.
• Manage payroll data in line with policies, SOPs, and systems.
• Handle employee and manager queries on HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific laws and HR policies.
• Coach and supervise team members on data management processes.
• Support implementation of HR projects and technology upgrades.

A successful Senior Specialist Payroll (German Speaker) should have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of HR payroll operations experience (open to HR or Finance background).
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Language: English + B2 proficiency in German.
