Job Description


In your new role you will: Responsible for setting up, maintaining and monitoring Procurement pricing master data as well as all Global Contract & Conditional Contract in SAP and also take part in solving price discrepancies and other automatic PO errors. Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the processes Securing compliance by applying tight controls Providing accurate information Supporting the initiators on clarifications required Clarification of topics raised on Audits/quality assessments Mentoring of new team members Setting up & maintaining of Procurement pricing master data (InfoRecord, Source List & Material Master) and contracts in SAP S4. Manages the validity period and timely delivery of yearly renewal of Global Contract and Info Record activities. Monitoring timely delivery of Conditional Contract and Business Volume Report handling. Receive, investigate and handle request/queries from internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner Identify continuous improvement opportunities, involve to build fully-automated /semi-automated solutions and/or streamlining manual processes to solve operational pain-points. Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding the Purchase to Pay process handled. Provide regular status reporting and present to management, when needed Integrate new team members and ensure a proper transfer of know-how Ensure a proper execution of all agreed actions derived from Audit or Quality assessment recommendations Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree/Master in Business Admin (BA), Economics or Engineering with good BA knowledge and experience. Minimum of 1-3 years experience within Procurement Organization. Good understanding of Procure to Pay end to end processes. Effective usage of MS Office and business applications (incl SAP S4MM, Fiori, Process Mining, Tableau and BI) Excellent written and oral communications skills ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization Ability and flexibility to quickly learn new applications and software. Effective reporting, quality checking and deep analysis of Operational data (KPI\'s reporting) Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while still demonstrating the ability to pay close attention to the details necessary to deliver quality outcomes on-time and in an effective manner, both as an individual contributor and as a team member Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholder. Interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships quickly and building trust. Strong work ethic with attention to detail ability to gather and analyze data to identify and report out on key performance indicators.
