n your new role you will: E
- nsure the correctness of a request before sending it into approval both for PR creation and changes. A
- ll Purchase Requisitions and consequently Purchase Orders of Infineon entities have to be completed, with accurate and valid information from a Finance perspective. T
- he quality checking have to be performed in order to certify correct Accounting information, Legal and Tax requirements are covered, attachments and all other information which are necessary to perform a PR - PO - invoice conversion. R
- esponsible for ensuring quality and effectiveness of the processes. S
- ecuring compliance by applying tight controls and providing accurate information. S
- upporting the interface between Accounting, TAX, Controlling, PUR and Requestors. C
- larification of topics raised on Audits/quality assessments M
- entoring of new team members and act as QA FIN team lead.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent degree S
- AP skills (would be an advantage) M
- S Office skills with an advanced level of Excel required G
- ood team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines A
- ble to work independently and to structure own work A
- ble to produce quality and focus on completion G
- ood communication skills and detailed oriented F
- luent in spoken and written English language (mandatory), Japanese and Chinese is a plus
