What you will be doing: Manage finance and accounting activities to ensure we have an accurate set of financials. This encompasses booking journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis and reporting. This role also includes a portion of RAVE related project work.
What you will do: Record to Report (\xe2\x80\x9cRTR\xe2\x80\x9d) \xe2\x80\x93 70%

• Manage the month end close and reporting processes.
• Ensuring that the General Ledger is closed based on set timelines.
• Work closely with US Team for complex general ledger journal entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and commentary on significant year on year variances for the Month End Results Review.
• Ensure that RTR SLAs/KPIs are met every month.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure that SOPs detailing RTR processes are always updated. New processes are to be documented clearly with detailed steps.
• Actively identify, propose, and highlight areas for improvement to achieve greater efficiency and/or improved controls.
• Handle any other tasks and ad hoc assignments.

RAVE Project \xe2\x80\x93 30%

• Assist RTR Manager to ensure successful delivery of RAVE project, and other RAVE releases affecting R2R team.
• Participate in the testing of RAVE Project post go-live and highlight areas for improvement.
• Track and drive resolution of post go-live issues.
• Provide support on the implementation of new RTR processes arising from RAVE project and manage degraded processes that require manual intervention until system optimizations are implemented.
• Perform various financial analysis for RAVE project upon request.

• 2 years and more RTR related experience
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Strong English verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and numbers
