We are looking for someone with:
Recognized Diploma or Degree in Business or any discipline
Mature and versatile individual with preferably minimum 3-5 years proven in training field or financial services industry in the Insurance industry
Ability to implement different training approaches, techniques & tools to communicate content to empower agents in their selling practices.
Evidence of strong communication skills, conceptual thinking skills, planning/project planning & management skills
Strong technical knowledge in areas of his/her expertise and high willingness to adapt and learn
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with high sensitivity to timelines and deliverables
On the job you will:
Align and implement the aims, objectives and policy of the Organizational objectives, direction and Training Department
Planning & Organizing \xe2\x80\x93 coordinate activities and execution of programs related to planning, development, including field-based follow up follow through training to meet targets across the different distribution channels.
Translating requirements into trainings to groom agents for the next step of their career path
Acquire understanding of key business drivers and able to conceptualize and translate into training content based on the areas of personal development, leadership and branding.
Able to conduct training needs analysis of the business environment to (1) improve, enhance or develop training content and (2) leverage on technology to create tools as way to optimize business productivity or learning effectiveness, in order to meet all the different phases of an agent\'s skills & competency developmen
Influence behavioural change in leadership and sales of the agency force. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into productive work behaviors
Participate and engage in Agency events, etc
