Client Background: MNC Company Industry : Manufacturing Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang (bases in Chine) Headcount: 1 Position Title: Senior Staff Customer Quality Engineer (Based in China) Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM15,000 - RM19,000 Responsibi Client Background: MNC Company Industry : Manufacturing Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang (bases in Chine) Headcount: 1 Position Title: Senior Staff Customer Quality Engineer (Based in China) Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM15,000 - RM19,000 Responsibilities 1.Oversee the effective implementation of the Quality Process Control Plan for d processes for the following key manufacturing processes: .SMT process .Plastic Injection Molding process .Incoming Quality Control at IQW process .Manual insertion/wave soldering process .Final Inspection process .Final Test process .Outgoing Quality Inspection and Testing .Packaging process 2.Perform regular on-site audits of IQW (& its key suppliers) production & quality work processes in: .identifying any area that does not comply with Work Procedure/Instruction, Quality Inspection & Test & other relevant procedures that are documented in the existing quality system .b) identifying any area of improvement that may exist within the existing quality system, that includes current Work Procedure/Instruction, Quality Inspection & Test or any other relevant procedures 3.Perform on-site sampling check of parts or services produced by IQW suppliers (SMT, plastic injection molding, packaging & key metal parts), in accordance to parts\' drawings &/or quality acceptance criteria 4.Perform on-site sampling check of WIP, modules & complete products during production in IQW, in accordance to the approved quality acceptance criteria. 5.Ensure any non-compliance found is effectively & timely corrected via the implementation of corrective actions. 6.Review IQW 8D report in ensuring completeness & adequacy, prior to submission to Customer. Requirement .At least a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. .Min 8 years of professional experience, with a mix of experience in QA & SQE in the box build manufacturing industry (PCBA, plastic injection mounding, final assembly & test)
