Job description
In your new role you will:
- Accountable and responsible for all DA related on maintenance, processes and operations.
- Lead the engineer and technician team to troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems
- Oversee & track expenses budget for maintenance.
- Make timely decision and supporting machine stability and meet performance as define.
- Responsibility to develop himself/herself in job knowledge and competency.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
- Min. 8 years related (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will bean added advantage)
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
