- reate new test program for electrical testing for new products. M
- odify test program on Nextest and Verigy (V5000 & V93k) for electrical testing of new packages, and fault isolation on thermal and photon emission microscopes. P
- erform electrical verification on complicated electrical failure modes. P
- erform scan chain diagnosis for failure analysis purpose. P
- erform regular check and repair test hardware, test board and test socket. S
- et-up curve tracer testing and verification for parametric failures. C
- ollaborate with Product and Test Engineers for new product test program development.
- achelor in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics/Material Engineering, Material Science or Physics. M
- inimum 6-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and knowledge in test programming (Nextest and Verigy testers) or C++ programming language. F
- amiliarity with Flash and RAM memory products knowledge would be an advantage.
