Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
Lead, develop evaluation plans & criteria for the continuous process improvement in process stability.
Lead and support troubleshooting between Manufacturing/ Mnt/ UPE/LBS/ Technology/ Quality to identify hypothesis and rot causes of process and quality deviation
Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
Lead tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. Characterize process and equipment system to maintain and improve capability and process control
Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement projects
Organize and oversee training for Associate engineer or new engineer to upgrade their technical skills
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Technical degree in any engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).
Preferable more than 8 years of relevant Lithography experience in semiconductor industry
In-depth understanding of principles and concepts in own technical /specialist area
Business knowledge of own function\'s contributions to achieving business objectives
Strong leadership skills and highly motivated person
