Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance (esc)
Job Description
In your new role you will: Develop and document Repair/refurb know-how for new failure parts from production equipment and train the sustaining team. Reengineering, redesigning and developing production equipment parts ready for manufacturing processes. Conduct research on new technologies and materials related to production equipment parts development. Test and validate new equipment parts designs to ensure their effectiveness and reliability. Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new equipment parts. Develop and maintain documentation related to equipment parts design and testing. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in electronic, electrical, electro mechanical and mechanical engineering or a related field. Experience in repair, refurb , design and development of production equipment/parts for manufacturing processes. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to production equipment part design and testing Benefits What we offer you in Kulim In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
