Job Description

In your new role you will: 1) Overseeing all repair operations related to electrical and electronic parts by managing repair requests, assigning Engineers a tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs. 2) Providing guidance and support to Engineers when ever help needed during repairs. Responsible for leading a team of leaders and engineers. 3) Assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 4) Develop and improve repair processes to optimize efficiency and quality. 5) Identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology or tools to enhance repair operations. 6) Responsible for ensuring that repaired electrical and electronic parts meets quality standards 7) Manage inventory of spare parts, and maintain the quality of test instruments use for electrical and electronic repairs. This includes monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory, sourcing reliable suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. 8) Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 9) Ensuring effective communication with modules, addressing their repair needs, providing updates on repair progress Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1. A degree in electronic, electrical, electromechanical and mechanical engineering or a related field. 2. Experience in the design and development of production equipment/parts for manufacturing processes. 3. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. 5. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to production equipment part design and testing.
