Global BE MRP community lead - Drive material management strategy, harmonize and optimize the material planning processes across sites
Understand the details of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), to ensure stabilization for overall BE
Manage the stability indicators for BE MRP
Cascading and coordination of new features, releases, knowledge, guidelines to key users
Collaborate & share expertise of business frameworks or solutions across sites.
Lead improvement projects. To ensure that MRP control is enforced through the application of all relevant MRP procedures and approaches within Infineon.
Involves implementation of processes, monitoring of KPIs, and implementation of changes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Economics / Information Technology or any equivalent field.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge in planning for manufacturing processes, especially in Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Good knowledge in Supply Chain systems and tools, preferably in SAP environment
Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
Strong behaviour to strive for excellence and excellent attitude to team up for best results.
