Job description
In your new role you will:
- Drive Technology Integration activities to ensure the package fulfill all requirements in the aspect of Process Interaction
- Be the Key working partner for FE colleagues for new FE technology
- Conduct PBC and TPC assessment
- Act as the Driver of Package Technology DFMEA
- Be the Owner of Risk Interaction assessment and mitigation work packages
- Drive Integration of unit processes (BOM and Process) in package platform - Risk assessment, study interaction with other processes, process flow
- Function as the Working partner for FE in FE/BE interaction and integration topics
- Support Pre development for new Chip technology
- Function as the Driver/team member for 8D/problem solving for interaction issues
- Run assessment of impact of design rules on inter-process interaction
- Provide Technical guidance/assistance when needed in the projects related to interaction topic
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree of Semiconductor Technology/ Microelectronics/ Automation/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Physics
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IC/ semiconductor environment
- Good aptitude for communication, collaboration, negotiation and solution finding
- Excellent FE/BE and BE/BE Interaction, 8D & T6s methodology, DFMEA/PFMEA, Internal Package analysis/ first level reliability, DOE & Comparative method
