Job Description

I

n your new role you will: D

• efine and develop the right package for new products/ technologies from BU/FE from concept, feasibility study until realization B
• e the Driver for technical definition (BOM, package design, Assembly technology, review PRP, project classification, etc) activities for package projects with major changes/ new package, risks and impact G
• enerate conceptual package outline and internal construction drawings, finalize and document the drawings and update the package drawings as needed. D
• efine the package characteristic to meet the electrical, thermal, reliability and mechanical requirements A
• ct as the Contact partner and technical consultant for package definition to Business Division especially on BE assembly technology know how S
• upport pre-development & project definition stage, and continue to be package design expert throughout project phase A
• ctively scout for new packaging technologies and keep in touch with package development at competitors/ subcons C
• onsolidate the inputs for ADR and ensure the contents are updated (A project) B
• e the Main contact person and technical consultant/coach for all questions and discussion regarding packaging, package design and Package D
• rive innovation and pre-development activities within the package platform

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

• achelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Physics) A
• t least 10 years of working experience in IC/semiconductor environment S
• emiconductor Packaging, Assembly and Test knowledge. G
• ood aptitude for communication, collaboration, negotiation and solution finding I
• nternal Package analysis/ first level reliability. A
• utoCAD and 3D drafting preferred.
