In your new role you will:
- Responsible for Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) for Productivity and Quality improvement drives.
- Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries.
- Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures.
- Document and Validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program Release requirements.
- Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final (Packaged) Test to various Testing locations.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering,Microelectronics or Solid-State Physics.
- Demonstrated Preferred experience with: Eagle ETS88/ETS364 and/orTeradyne \xc2\xb5Flex test program development and mixed signal IC testing.
- 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering,test processes, and equipment knowledge.
- C++, VBA and VB.net programming skills needed.
- Ability to work effectively in an R&D team environment.
- Strong technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
