Responsible for Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) for Productivity and Quality improvement drives.
Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries.
Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures.
Document and Validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program Release requirements.
Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final (Packaged) Test to various Testing locations.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering,Microelectronics or Solid-State Physics.
Demonstrated Preferred experience with: Eagle ETS88/ETS364 and/orTeradyne \xc2\xb5Flex test program development and mixed signal IC testing.
3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering,test processes, and equipment knowledge.
C++, VBA and VB.net programming skills needed.
Ability to work effectively in an R&D team environment.
Strong technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
