Job description
In your new role you will:
- Develop and qualify of new wafer test solutions in the demanding area of high temperature, high current/voltage, high parallelism testing
- Develop test programs & wafer probe cards, integrate with test equipment, debug, validate, document and release per corporate standards and procedures
- Innovate test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing)
- Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off and documentation
- Optimize testing solutions through high parallelism improvement and test platform migration
- Documentation of standard test package releases and initiate Best-Practice sharing among Test Engineers
- Solve production testing related issue using data analytical thought to achieve innovative solution
