Job Description
In your new role you will: Responsible to identify and execute improvement actions in Yield Assy and Yield BE. Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR. Participate & handle in internal and external audit (internal/external) support. Drive the molding quality improvement projects & cost savings projects Process documentation ( e.g: Process spec, OJTi, FMEA, failure catalogue, buildsheet) Technical members in GCM, NLoP, NLoZD, of new material, process and method qualification. Performing various DOEs for line/product stability and improvement. (DMAIC, 5 Why) and handling of abnormal lot (e.g: DDM, MRB Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent More than 6 years of experience in Semiconductor especially Molding process Critical thinking and problem solving skills Planning and organizing Conflict management Persuasiveness Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
