Job description
In your new role you will:

• Systemize and deploy optimized WIP flow Management approaches to drive 4M (Machines, Man, Material and Methods)synchronization and contribute to the Site\'s Year-on-Year productivity goal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to document WFM cookbook / MFC for best practice implementation. Involve in BE IE wide alignment and optimization capabilities
• Accountable for yearly/ quarterly Mal CT90th, Range, hold lot, aging lots and loose lot target setting also monitoring for WFM KPIs. Periodical review with Production team to ensure robust WIP and CT stability to achieve WFM objectives and function
• Operationalize WFM deviation analysis/ drive Operation execution to meet WIP target, identify opportunity and drive WIP improvement projects.
• Have understanding of OneSAP Production Scheduling and Detailed Scheduling and impact to WFM KPIs

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
• To have background in Production Systematic Tools (eg, Business Object, Cerberus, iPRISM) in order to derive and analyse data.
• To have background in EXCEL , Powerpoint and Tableau in order to establish daily , weekly and montly Operation and key KPI report.
• To have background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet KPIs performance.
• To have some background in Industrial Engineering/ Planning/ Production Management as need to know on processes and managing of WIP and line execution
