Senior/ Staff R&d Project Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all activities related to assigned Program/Project and to, ensure deployment of each stage/phase to the target timeline
Provides leadership and direction for assigned Program/Project. Provide guidance & coaching to the project team when needed.
Supports the present & future needs of Wolfspeed and the PM R&D Ipoh
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Proven capabilities & knowledge of Program/Project management in the semiconductor industry especially with Automotive Customers is preferred.
Job Requirement
Degree/Masters/PHD preferably of an Engineering course
At least 5 years of working experience in related field especially in Program/ Project Management
Proficient Managerial and computer skills
Knowledge semiconductor OSAT backend process, NPI, QA systems & equipment is an advantage.
Good Management, Communication, Relationship & Team building skills are essential.
