Job Description

In your new role you will: Involve in the recommendation, active development and implementation of advanced security concepts in the field of operational technology (OT) security. Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of security solutions for OT, and contribution to security architectures for OT. Driving role in global projects to improve security in OT and increase resilience in OT equipment. Provide activesupport in the security lifecycle management of complex production systems. Support in vulnerability management and incident response. Responsible for the development and integration of advanced cyber security tools and techniques for OT. Provide cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration with experts in production automation and cyber security to ensure security-by-design. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, CyberSecurity or any equivalent course. At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the Semiconductor /Manufacturing / Industrial Automation / Industrial Process Control Sector. Minimum 2 years experience in Enterprise IT or OT cyber security domain ideally in the Semiconductor /Manufacturing / Industrial Automation / Industrial Process Control Sector or as cyber security consultant. Experience with defining and implementing Security Architectures and Security concepts for the IT / OT environment including Back-up, Malware Defense, hardening techniques for OT equipment (i.e. Linux and Windows operating systems) and IT / OT network architectures. Strong understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (e.g. ISA-99/IEC 62443, CIS, NIST SP 800-82, etc.) is a plus. First experience in control systems design, implementation and / or maintenance of SCADA / ICS is a plus. Skills in programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, Go) which allows to automate processes as example is considered as a plus. A positive attitude, strong analytic skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to present technical proposals targeted to the audience in a clear and concise manner, and the ability to work with diverse teams and world-wide peers collaboratively. Experience in project management is a plus. Self-motivated, driven to learn and pragmatic. Excellent English in both writing and speaking.
