In your new role you will:

• Establish incoming quality inspection plan to ensure effective detectionof material defects.
• Regular review of quality inspection plan for itseffectiveness and relevancy. Disposition of incoming material due tosupplier quality issue.
• Work with suppliers on fast and effective containment actions, resolvesquality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures using 8Dapproach.
• Accountable for Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR)issuance and follow-up until 8D closure.
• Drive suppliers for continuous improvement through structured qualityimprovement program (QIP).
• Conduct supplier quality audits and assessment at defined frequencies toensure supplier\'s QMS is meeting Infineon requirement and itscompliancy.
• Perform on-site verification on improvement actionimplementation and its effectiveness.
• Responsible for new supplier phase in assessment and qualificationthrough first article inspection and audit.
• Support engineering samplebuy-off in the event of safe launch, supplier PCN and change management.
• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams to develop leadingindicators and implement process improvements to ensure productionstability.
• Support certification and customer audit, achieve zero major/criticalfindings.
• Sustain 2nd party audit competency. Drive clarity for roles andresponsibility and meet agreed objectives.
• Collaboration with Procurement for supplier escalation of materialquality issues.

• Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Sciencewith major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science
• Preferred with minimum of 5 years of experience on Supplier QualityManagement and has knowledge and experience in ISO9001:2015,IATF16949:2016 and VDA6.3.
• Experience in semiconductor industry will bean added advantage.
• Good knowledge on Quality Tools ( e.g. SPC, FMEA, 8D Problem Solving)
• Good analytical minds in technical problem solving and inspiration forall possible solutions
