Senior Staff Specialist (R&D Controller)

What we expect

RND Function Controller (worldwide) as counterpart for dedicated RND departments regarding all finance topics (e.g. Cost center; R&D project cost; RND Capex). Active R&D Cost center & Project Cost controlling along the whole project lifecycle (Budgeting/FC/Actuals). Deviation analysis on actual cost between months and comparison between actual and budget including initiation of measures to keep compliant with the budget. Support on RND month end closing activities and analysis (worldwide). Assist in solving urgent/ad-hoc issues, providing data analysis when necessary. Effective communication and collaboration with internal counter partner.
Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from finance related majors. Controlling experiences esp. in the area of cost center / project cost / CAPEX cost controlling. Good computer skills, especially MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint); SAP experience advantageous (SAP R3 / SAP BW). Advanced experience in Controlling, Strong data analysis skill, logical thinking, strong communication skills; team spirit; attention to details. Proficient in English (Verbal, Read and Written).
