In your new role you will:

• Manage existing and new capacity CP preparation and follow up withengineering to meet delivery based on yearly investment plan. Monitorcapacity utilization and verify machine going rate accuracy (updated byEngineering) together with line control
• Perform RTU analysis and simulation to ensure high accuracy onheadcount plan. Manage monthly initial Headcount based on headcountmovement and resources availability/intake.
• Manage RFC scenario analysis based on forecast horizon defined; workwith RPT planners to align with client on t on forecast essential andconfirmation of demand/contingent corridor.
• Review and prepare yearly Service Bundle with lab head and team leadbased on forecast demand gathered and defined contingent corridor, costcharging for respective project lines.
• Manage ad-hoc F1, K1 analysis and verification based on actual effortconducted in term of test start and RTU per operation.
• Provide advance training and coaching to team lead, managers or RPTstaff for Lab Planning topics.
• Strong cooperation with internal customer as well as with executionand engineering staff.
• Moderate on department productivity improvement initiatives and updateglobal planner on achievement.
• Support global planner on year on year headcount productivitydefinition and formulation.
• Proactively identification of improvement potentials and drivescontinuous improvement / forecast accuracy within local planning team.Proactively share Best Practice within the local team.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the superior.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics,Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent)/AppliedScience or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Minimum 8 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stressequipment is preferred (experience in reliability test methodology &concepts, reference standards, working principle of stress equipment andprogramming knowhow will be an added Advantage).
