Responsibilities: * Oversee the effective implementation of Quality Process Control Plan at Contract Manufacturer (CM) site by conducting compliance audits for the following key manufacturing processes: (1)SMT Process (2) Plastic Injection Moldin Responsibilities: Oversee the effective implementation of Quality Process Control Plan at Contract Manufacturer (CM) site by conducting compliance audits for the following key manufacturing processes: (1) SMT Process (2) Plastic Injection Molding (3) Incoming Quality Control (4) Manual insertion / wave soldering (5) Final Product Inspection (6) Final Function Test (7) Outgoing Quality Inspection and Testing (8) Packaging process (9) Product reliability and life testing. Perform regular on site audits of CM (& its key suppliers) production & quality work process in: (1) Identifying any area that does not comply with Work Procedure/ Instruction, Quality Inspection & Test & other relevant procedures that are documented in existing quality system (2 ) Identifying any area of improvement that may exist within existing quality system, that includes current Work Procedure/ Instruction, Quality Inspection & Test or any other relevant procedures. Performing on site sampling check of parts of services produced by teh company suppliers (SMT, plastic injection moulding, packaging & key metal parts), in accordance to parts\' drawings &/or quality acceptance criteria. Perform on site sampling check of WIP, modules & complete products during production in the company, in accordance to the approved quality acceptance criteria. Ensure any non-compliance found is effectively & timely corrected via implementation of corrective actions. Review company 8D report in ensuring completeness & adequacy, prior to submission to Customer. Requirements: At least a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. The candidate MUST process at least 8 years of consumer electronics OR consumer electrical appliances manufacturing experience in the finished good, box build assembly, and test manufacturing environment, in the roles of Production or Process Engineering / Quality / Supplier Quality Proficient in reading & writing in both English & Chinese Language Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills ANSI/ASQC Standard Z1.4 Single Sampling Plan Intermediate level in MS Excel and Data Analysis IPC-A-610# Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies ISO9001:2015 QMS Awareness and Internal Auditor Hands on knowledge in plastic injection moulding processes, QA &/or SQE Plastic injection moulding & SMT process experience
