Senior Store Executive

Job Description

Supervise and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor stock levels or inventory, coordinate receiving, storing, and issuing of goods. Ensure proper inventory control and accuracy of stock records. Lead, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets. Implement and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with procurement and other departments on stock requirements. Prepare regular reports on stock movement, discrepancies, and store performance. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiative to optimize cost saving, efficiency and productivity. Enforce proper housekeeping and compliance to the standards required by company and compliance with safety, environmental and health law requirements. Liaise with transporters to ensure all deliveries are executed to meet the satisfaction in terms of accurate quantity and product quality. Ensure the right products deliver to the centres. Requirements:
Diploma holder in any related field.

Min 3-5 years of supervisory experience in store/warehouse operations. Preferably experience in Beauty or retail store warehouse experience. Good interpersonal, communications and supervisory skills.

Familiar with CRM system is a must.

Able to work independently.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
