Job Description
This role responsible to manage and supervising multiple retail stores while maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring consistent customer service across all stores.
- Lead and develop retail teams to create a great brand experience for customers.
- Manage Factory Outlet Store Teams to boost profits, clear old stock, and increase sales.
- Build the brand as per brand commercial strategy within retail industry.
- Achieve commercial goals and manage profits.
- Foster positive relationships with mall managers and represent brand well in negotiations.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail management, including experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.
- Training for Advancing in Career Path.
