Responsibilities

  • Lead brand, communications, and campaign strategy development for key clients.
  • Serve as the strategic support for the overall business, and show leadership on your own projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior clients. Your opinion is valued and respected by them - always included in strategic development/ decision making.
  • Clearly advise clients to develop strategic propositions in collaboration with different partner businesses.
  • Proactively identify new business or creative opportunities for client growth in partnership with business leads
  • To help all stakeholders (team, agency, and clients) cut through the noise and filter our thinking into one clear direction.
  • Demonstrate an analysis of category, brand, cultural and people trends that highlights opportunities for the client\'s businesses.
  • Take ownership of the quality of the creative brief and briefing process as developed. And ensure to follow through from concept to execution, working closely with the senior creative teams to deliver the best work possible.
  • To identify clear and differentiated directions for the brand, channel, and digital/social briefs that inspire great creative and business success.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in leading brand and communications strategies for B2C and B2B clients, driving growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover data-informed insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • A good knowledge of consumer journey touchpoints and how strategy planning can leverage media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to make complex subjects understandable
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated and self-starting personality, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your work
