Job Overview:
Responsible for analysis of subsea equipment/structures, supporting the tenders or EPCI projects.
Responsibilities:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design of subsea structures (PLETs and ILTs etc.,) for inplace, loadout, lift, transport and installation conditions
• Use of analytical package such as SACS and FE packages like Ansys or Abaqus
• Minimum knowledge on gravity-based foundation designs and support structures like PLETs, suction piles and sleepers
• Responsible for conceptual through to detail design of subsea steel structures (for example PLETs, ILTs, Manifolds, PLEMs, Valve skids etc.) to international standards
• Responsible for conceptual through to detail analysis of offshore/subsea steel structures as above for all project phases including load out, transportation, lifting, operating & accidental
• Develop and coordinate small individual packages for delivery on tenders or projects
• Check vendor analyses and reports

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in subsea structure engineering in SURF EPCI projects and tenders
• Familiarity with SURF design codes (API, DNV) and installation procedures
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with supervisors, colleagues, consultants, vendors, drafting designer, and clients in multi-discipline organizations
• Able to work independently with general supervision
• Must have good written and communication skills as well as be proficient in all MS Office tools
• Have excellent work ethic and maintain a good work attitude
