Senior Student Recruitment Officer As the only University of Southampton (UoS) campus located outside of the UK, the University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) has come a long way since its inception in 2012 with a mission to be a leading institution for research, teaching, and innovation across Asia and the wider global community. UoSM is seeking to recruit two (2) dynamic and experienced Senior Student Recruitment Officer to be based in Johor, Malaysia. You will represent the company in raising its brand and profile, both locally and globally, and contribute to the achievement of ambitious targets for domestic and APAC/International student recruitment as part of the UoSM\'s Growth Strategy. Responsibilities: Perform recruitment functions and deliver targets, maximising the conversion rates from enquiry to acceptances, through responsible, customer-centric and focused services, ensuring all stakeholders are provided timely and accurate information and responses through various media, including emails, calls and visits to the stakeholders. Contribute to the organisation of all UoSM recruitment events, both on campus (including UoSM Open Days, recruitment agents training, schools, industrial partners etc.), off campus and online. Organise, attend and report on induction week activities for new students, and lead on training and coordination of student ambassadors to support recruitment events and open days. Ensure appropriate use and backup of databases and CRM systems. Undertake any other appropriate duties as directed by the Recruitment Manager. Requirements: Minimum bachelor\'s degree in any field Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar roles Excellent communication skills Willing to work occasionally on weekends for events purposes.
