• Overseeing Production: supervise and manage production to meet the build plan, key performance indicator of KPIV and KPOV(build, OEE, Productivity, yield, cost, on hold, inventory) and product quality.
• Resource Planning: develop production plans and schedules based on build plan and shipment schedule. Optimize resource allocation, including headcount, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals/indicators.
• Team Management: Train and coach manufacturing staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Cost Control: managing the production performance to meet the material and OSRM cost target.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, production control, quality and other supporting department, to align manufacturing operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Minimum Degree and related engineering field

PREFERRED:

• Excellent communication skills to lead the manufacturing team.
• Passion in sustaining manufacturing KPOV.

SKILLS

• Previous supervisory experience
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Broad knowledge of production planning processes
• Strategic planning skills.
• Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
• Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, company policy and accepted safe work practices.
• Knowledge / Trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BCMS 22301 standards will be an added advantage.
