Roles:

Responsible in executing all manufacturing processes including, Dispensing, Granulation, Tableting, Encapsulation, Coating, Washing, Packing, Storage Room Activity for starting materials, Finished Goods and production administrative activities of Highly Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HAPI) products in accordance with Duopharma HAPI Sdn. Bhd.\'s specification and requirement upon completion of HAPI manufacturing plant.
Manage and organize production Operators to meet scheduled production processes and shifts.
Monitor and update on daily production status to Production Senior Executives / Executives
Lead Production shifts and notify required support personnel from other departments (IPCQ, IPQA).
Motivate shift/team for greater output, quality and efficiency
