Experiences in electrical commodity ie PCB, passive component and semi-conductor devices.
Participate in MRB meeting and verify line fall out, defect highlighted by operation.
Send FA sample to supplier, received and review supplier report. Track return of FA samples.
Issue and review SCAR, provide feedback during GYAT on actions taken with suppliers. Coordinate with internal team for component evaluation, verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
Compile focus supplier DPPM performance report.
Preparation on monthly / weekly meeting with focus suppliers, review quality data and improvement actions.
Conducts supplier audit and First Article Inspection report approval.
Degree in Engineering
6 to 8 years of related experiences with 5 years of it is in Contract Manufacturing of PCB & Box Builds Assemblies.
Experiences in managing quality controls implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Must possess the urge to strive for excellence.
Strong oral / written and interpersonal communication and leadership skills are required.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office and able to work on odd hours (when required).
