Main Task and Accountabilities:
Complain management: Lodge formal complain to supplier upon detection of defect raw material and packaging material, follow up on supplier\xe2\x80\x99s improvement report submission & executive of improvement actions.
Compensation management: Lead supplier compensation process for poor quality of raw material and packaging material delivered. Work in tandem with Purchasing team to ensure the execution of the compensation.
Supplier auditing: Organize & execute supplier manufacturing process quality audit and conduct trouble shooting audit when it is required.
Supplier evaluation: Conduct periodic supplier quality evaluation and provide inputs to Purchasing team. Lead and follow up low rating suppliers to make improvements.
Quality assurance improvement: Lead & roll out all QA improvement projects from global/regional/local end to end.
Incoming quality control lab (IQC) management: Ensuring the maintain good 6s and completing the necessary timely and maintain quality work.
Key Results:
Successful execution of compensation from supplier within defined timeline.
Year on year quality rating improvement of targeted suppliers.
Successful QA projects execution within defined project timeline & budget.
