Also to support and execute strategic outsourcing, cost savings and vendor management programs to support JLL\xe2\x80\x99s SCMP commitments.OVERALL ROLEThis role reports directly to the Senior Director, commercial management , it requires a multi-disciplined subject matter expert in Indirect Procurement with in depth knowledge of Integrated Facility Management (IFM), to manage complex initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs.Responsibility also extends to procurement governance, vendor management and deliver contract / procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits.
This role requires experience in facilities management and or procurement activity to support the Client\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of facilities in Asia Pacific. This includes working with the local dedicated SCMP teams and engagement with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and competitive procurement programs.Business partner to Senior leadersProvide strategic SCMP direction across functional areas and programs that involve strategic outsourcing and vendor management across multiple IFM disciplines.Active vendor management in the form of quarterly business reviews.Lead process of developing vendor management strategy, identifying, sourcing, and securing resources based on business requirements/resultsFunctional LeadershipWorking with local dedicated SCMP team to Manage the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL,Provide account support in managing the Procurement Module.
