Job Description

Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to enhance procurement, inventory management and logistics processes Coordinate and process orders received from sales team by issue related document. Perform operation activities in plan & reorder point, timely placing of purchase orders to internal and external suppliers. Liaise with forwarder agent to enhance booking for container/sea freight schedule to meet require plan and import clearance matters. Implementing inventory control measures and forecasting techniques to maintain optimal stock levels. Prepare and submit relevant reports upon request. Contributing to the development of policies, with ability to analyses information to assess root cause, recommends and implements solutions. Team player, providing leadership and mentoring to junior members of the supply chain function.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or related. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior supply chain or procurement role with trading, manufacturing, transport or logistics industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control and logistics operations Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and data analysis tools

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
