As a Senior Manager, Supply Planning, you will be responsible for translating demand plans into inventory requirements while balancing service levels and cost efficiency. This role involves collaboration across commercial, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

• Execute daily/weekly/monthly planning cycles to ensure product availability and right-sized inventory levels.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and distributors to sustain demand plan accuracy.
• Manage shipments and documentation to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Optimize customer service at minimum cost while resolving supply shortages or overstocks.
• Utilize supply chain data and tools for analytics-driven decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management and planning processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Production, Transportation, Warehouse, Customer Service) to achieve service and cost KPIs.
• Execute best-practice supply planning processes and manage system alerts effectively.

A successful Senior Supply Planning Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP/APO/PPDS/IBP tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
• Ability to manage supply disruptions and demand surges effectively.
• Preferred: Experience in operations management and systems configuration.
