Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery of consultancy services and training programs.

Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and senior management.

Analyze client requirements, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions.

Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing expertise and ensuring the quality of project outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.

Provide strategic advice on business challenges, operational improvements, and capacity building.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars for clients to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or any related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in project consultancy and training, with a proven track record of leading client projects.

Strong experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and training materials.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1.00 - RM2.00 per month
