Develop and implement swimming training programs for individuals or groups, focusing on improving techniques, speed, and endurance.
Instruct swimmers on proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and safety protocols.
Plan and conduct swim practices, adapting to the abilities and progress of the swimmers.
Monitor swimmers during training sessions, providing constructive feedback and motivation.
Ensure the safety of all swimmers, adhering to facility safety rules and emergency procedures.
About You:
Freelance:
Proven experience as a swim coach or swimming instructor.
Full-Time:
No swimming experience required; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, dedication, and the ability to motivate swimmers to achieve their best.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for practices and competitions.
Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR (preferred but can be provided as part of training).
