Job Title: Senior System Analyst - Commercial Card Portal (CCP)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst with deep expertise in Commercial Card Portals (CCP), to join our Cards Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in system analysis, Unix/Linux environments, Oracle DB, and Java-based web platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial card processing systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into system and technical specifications for CCP. Provide L2/L3 support for the Commercial Card Portal across development, test, and production environments. Troubleshoot complex system and application issues; perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes. Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for application deployments and updates. Write, review, and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and Korn shell scripts for automation and maintenance. Monitor and optimize performance of Oracle DB and Java/J2EE web applications. Manage configuration and deployment on application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss EAP, Tomcat, WebSphere, etc. Administer and troubleshoot issues on web servers like Apache HTTP Server, Oracle iPlanet, and Oracle HTTP Server. Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements for system changes and data access. Prepare technical documentation including design artifacts, interface documents, and operational runbooks.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

6-9 years of experience in System Analysis within the Cards/Commercial Card domain.

Strong proficiency in:

o Unix/Linux (Open Systems)

o Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning)

o Korn shell scripting

Hands-on with web and application servers:

o JBoss Webserver, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle HTTP Server, Apache, Oracle iPlanet

Working knowledge of Java/J2EE application architecture and deployment models.

Experience in system integration, defect triage, and UAT/production support.

Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and ServiceNow is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile/DevOps environments Knowledge of card processing systems, transaction flows, and authorization platforms

ITIL or Oracle certification is a plus
