\xe2\x80\xa2 5-7 years of technical support experience in the information technology and banking sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be a skilled problem-solver who follows through on implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work on both technical and functional areas of implementation. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse technical issues, performing root cause analysis and proposing timely solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 System Integration, responsible for coordination of tasks and resources related to system integration, validation of testing and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and track technical support issues with partner vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled with REST/SOAP operations using Postman / SoapUl \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on implementation of patches into testing and production environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and complete document, e.g. technical spec, interface spec \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and manage the required implementation/go-live activities together with project lead/project manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on implementation of patches into testing and production environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide progress update and escalate project risks and issues to project lead/project manager
